Job Summary

Citi is seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Operations department, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi's operations support infrastructure and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform in-depth evaluations of business processes and procedures to identify and resolve complex problems.
  • Influence decisions through advice and counsel, and facilitate services to others in the area.
  • Serve as an analytical and/or procedural expert, representing a unit or team on cross-functional operational processes and project deliverables.
  • Liaise with multiple teams across the Operations department.
  • Coordinate and contribute to initiatives that support the goals of the Operations function and overall business.
  • Assume informal and formal leadership roles within the team, as well as coach and train new recruits.
  • Exercise independence of judgment and autonomy, and act as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in operations or a related field.
  • Experience with automated end-to-end sourcing tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability and experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Proven organization and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a Relationship Manager.
  • Intermediate/advanced proficiency in English.
