About the Role
Teads is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the strategic growth of our premium publisher partners in Ispe Latam based in Mexico. As Director of Digital Media Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our publisher network across web and CTV platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital advertising, online video industry trends, and business models.
Key Responsibilities
• Independently manage a portfolio of publisher clients, providing best-in-class account management and strategic guidance.
• Collaborate with the publisher team to negotiate deals and develop relationships with publishers, driving revenue growth and expanding our publisher network.
• Develop a pipeline of new publisher leads within strategic and target content verticals, leveraging industry trends and market insights to inform business decisions.
• Perform due diligence and quantitative/strategic analysis of potential partnership opportunities to ensure alignment with our business objectives.
• Identify and engage international partner opportunities, working closely with global offices to drive global growth.
• Research digital industry trends, companies, and digital media product developments to stay ahead of the curve and inform business strategy.
• Track and evaluate metrics across publisher sites, analyzing trends and metrics to inform business decisions and optimize our publisher network.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5-7 years of business development/sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in the ad tech or media industry.
• Proven track record of developing and closing deals, with a strong portfolio of existing contacts/relationships with online publishers and CTV content partners.
• Strong understanding of online video industry trends, business models, and digital advertising.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• BA/BS required; MBA preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
