The Role

We seek an experienced Director of Strategic Partnerships to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for handling high-impact strategic partnerships, driving growth, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining strong relationships with our most important clients, anticipating their needs, and working closely with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and meet client expectations.

You will also identify opportunities to expand our client base, negotiate timelines and performance metrics, and analyze client data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a portfolio of high-growth clients and explore maximum growth opportunities.
  • Set strategies with clients to achieve year-over-year growth targets.
  • Monitor client technical performance daily and coordinate with API support to resolve issues.
  • Ensure product availability by performing regular mapping checks.
  • Work closely with Technical Account Managers to optimize API client connectivity.
  • Anticipate key account changes and improvements.
  • Negotiate with clients and establish performance timelines.
  • Manage communications between key clients and internal teams.
  • Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives.
  • Meet all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
  • Analyze client data to find opportunities and issues.
  • Expand relationships and bring in new clients.

Salary Estimate
