Job Description:

EBS CRM Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced EBS CRM Support Specialist to join our global support organization. As a key member of the team, you will provide strategic technical support to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer technical expertise to resolve complex customer issues related to Oracle's E-Business Suite (EBS) CRM products.
  • Provide post-sales support and solutions to customers while serving as an advocate for customer needs.
  • Facilitate customer relationships with Support and provide advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, OEMs, and VARs for resolution of problems related to the installation, recommended maintenance, and use of Oracle products.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in multiple platforms and ability to complete assigned duties with minimal direction from management.
  • In-depth knowledge of several Oracle products and/or platforms, including EBS CRM products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to read and decipher software Log and Trace files, performance tuning, web server optimization, server configuration, and act upon findings to determine a problem resolution.
  • Knowledge of AD tools (adpatch, adadmin, etc.) and collaboration and general office tools (Zoom, Word, Excel, etc.).

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This salary is based on industry standards and takes into account the complexity of the role, required skills, and qualifications.
