Zurich Insurance is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Incident Lead, responsible for managing and coordinating the resolution of IT incidents within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize incidents based on severity, impact, and urgency.
• Coordinate incident response activities with IT teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and minimize business impact.
• Identify root cause and contribute to the development of preventative measures.
• Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures.
• Communicate incident status and resolution to stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and guidance to incident response teams.
• Conduct post-incident reviews and report on incident metrics and trends.
• Continuously improve incident management processes and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT incident management.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and processes.
• Experience with incident management tools and processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working in an Agile environment, Agile Tools and good exposure to Continuous Integration (CICD Process).
• Certifications in ITIL, COBIT, or other IT service management frameworks are a plus.
