**Job Summary**:

Citi is seeking a highly skilled Digital Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through the identification and acquisition of new clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across lending, treasury, capital markets, and cash management products

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product and credit review/approval partners

• Analyze market trends and market size to inform business development strategies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operations and service issues

• Prepare credit assessments and monitor risk issues

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements

• Develop and maintain knowledge of industry and competitive landscape

**Requirements**:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, commerce, engineering, or related disciplines

• 5-8 years of relevant commercial banking experience

• Proven track record of building relationships with product and credit review/approval partners

**Additional Responsibilities**:

• Responsible for the Digital MCA from the business side to support control area to define process, controls, and risk

• Ensure compliance of evidences to be delivery of the monitoring MCA regulatory controls

• Coordinate and meet with partner areas (legal, information Security, Backend Systems, Control, Product Management, etc.) to respond requirements of the different regulatory entities

• Responsible for the update and management of the Service Level Management Documents (SMLD) of the Digital area and other partner areas

• Maintain a solid relationship with key stakeholders, including control, fraud, information, legal, and/or compliance teams to guarantee deliverables for audits and reviews of regulatory entities
