**Your Role in This Journey**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to join our Global Information Technology Centers. As a ServiceNow Platform Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality operational and technical support for the ServiceNow platform. Your expertise will help us leverage the platform's capabilities, minimize custom development, and drive process automation and integration with other components.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team to design, build, and support the CMDB.
  • Develop and implement configuration and asset management processes.
  • Work closely with other workstream leaders to define, develop, implement, and embed support processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on ServiceNow innovations and benchmark implementations against the ServiceNow roadmap.
  • Lead team to design, build, and support platform automation and integration with other tools.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant experience of 3-5 years in PaaS Management and a good understanding of IT and business processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and capabilities.
  • Proven track record of technology delivery in high-paced, global, agile teams working in multiple time zones.
  • Ability to manage a team of 5+ managers and communicate verbally and in writing in English.
