**Project Coordinator Assistant Role Overview**
The Project Coordinator Assistant at JITECH assists the project coordinator in delivering projects by tracking and filing project-related documents. This role promotes teamwork, engagement, and collaboration within the company.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Document control for engineering projects:
- Filing of drawings and tracking revisions in Bluebeam Software.
- Creating, expediting, and tracking change orders.
- Preparing transmittal documents for project deliverables.
- Generating various reports, including EDI formats for project deliverables.
- Tracking RFIs created by others.
- Setting up new project filing structures on servers.
- Enforcing naming conventions and file organization standards.
- Preparing backup reports for invoicing.
- Preparing quotations with drawing lists.
- Participating in the management quality program.
- Filing all documents as needed (physical and electronic).
- Monitoring document version control.
- Shipping supplies and documents to various offices as needed.
- Maintaining a tidy and clean work area.
**Qualifications:**
High school degree in office automation or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in an office environment or related position.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Self-starter.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Autonomous.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
