Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Associate Director to join our team in Mexico. The successful candidate will collaborate with development, sales, account management, infrastructure, and product teams to ensure seamless implementation processes for new customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize and groom the project backlog.
- Ensure accurate estimates are obtained from the development team for backlog items.
- Use estimates and priorities to schedule work and build a comprehensive project roadmap.
- Regularly report on active project status in a clear and professional format.
- Assist development managers and the development team in resolving blockers and ensure stakeholders are informed of any issues.
- Ensure all parties involved in a project are aware of necessary details, dates, priorities, and statuses.
- Monitor and control all stages of the project life cycle to ensure project targets are met within the timeline and budget.
- Continuously improve process inputs, streamline workflows, and enhance project management tools.
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience as a project manager or related role on complex technical projects at a software company.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience as a Delivery Manager / Technical Project Manager.
- Technical background and experience with different SDLC methodologies, including Agile.
- Tenacious, self-starter who can effectively distill complex project details into actionable plans.
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish preferred.
