Job Summary:
At Motion Industries, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, placing customer orders, and ensuring customer expectations are accurately determined and met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate sales prices and purchase prices to influence Motion Industries' gross profit.
- Adjust non-contract customer pricing to meet customer demands while maximizing profit for Motion Industries.
- Build customer relationships to drive repeat business by relating to customers and driving process improvements.
- Order items to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained for customers.
- Place orders without approval for orders up to $5,000 per line and $10,000 per purchase order.
- Expedite backorders and prepare orders for shipment to customers.
- Source products from branch inventory, distribution center inventory, or supplier inventory.
- Determine the most cost-effective shipping method for customer orders.
- Handle customer returns and provide coaching, guidance, and direction to less experienced Customer Service Representatives.

Requirements:
- Typically requires a high school diploma or GED.
- Five (5) or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills.
- Ability to multi-task and time management skills required.
- Excellent computer skills and negotiation skills.
- Strong product knowledge and reliability, organization, and attention to detail required.
