Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement systems to handle customer inquiries, claims, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage inventory levels, optimize stock, and ensure accurate order processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, automate order entry, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide solutions to customers regarding lead times and delivery dates.
  • Manage marketing demand forecast and backlog to determine optimal inventory levels.
  • Drive follow-up and analyze causes that affect service levels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in customer service, logistics, and supply chain management.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Experience with SAP system.
  • Knowledge of shipping and logistics.
  • Ability to manage and develop personnel.
  • Engineering Bachelor's degree.
