Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement systems to handle customer inquiries, claims, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage inventory levels, optimize stock, and ensure accurate order processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, automate order entry, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide solutions to customers regarding lead times and delivery dates.
- Manage marketing demand forecast and backlog to determine optimal inventory levels.
- Drive follow-up and analyze causes that affect service levels.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in customer service, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Experience with SAP system.
- Knowledge of shipping and logistics.
- Ability to manage and develop personnel.
- Engineering Bachelor's degree.
