The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for leading the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales & Operations Execution (SOE) agenda for Walmart. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the effective governance of these processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results, and providing visibility to top management on key performance indicators.

Your Responsibilities

  • Guardian of the governance for SOP and SOE processes
  • Assure deliverables are timely executed by all participants in the process
  • Provide visibility to top management of the approved Walmart SOP & SOE plan
  • Keep track of Walmart Sales & KPI's aligned to commercial initiatives and market performance
  • Be a business partner of marketing, commercial, finance, operations, and sales teams

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in massive consumer markets industry
  • Financial, Industrial Engineer career (or similar)
  • Fluent English
  • Experience in customer care or planning related areas
  • Adept at dashboard development and usage of databases
