At Warner Bros. Discovery, we're always looking for talented individuals to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our National & Direct Response Account Executives in delivering exceptional sales support across all US Linear Networks.

**Your Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Direct Response, National, Syndication, Time Buys, Paid Programming, and specific Agencies business across all US Linear Networks.
  • Establish strong business relationships with advertising agency counterparts and internal Discovery departments, including Pricing, Planning & Operations, Linear Commercial Operations, Marketing, and Billing.
  • Respond promptly to client requests, ensuring timely execution of all client orders across all linear platforms.
  • Work closely with Account Executive, Sales Planners, and the Marketing department to develop promotional assets and material deadlines.
  • Collaborate with Linear Commercial Operations to schedule promotional assets and Inventory Management to best fill weekly inventory and maximize revenue.
  • Provide accurate reporting for internal teams and reconcile billing discrepancies with agencies and billing department.

**What We're Looking For:**

  • Strong computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • High level of organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent English language skills and great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer service skills.
