As a Customer Service Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring timely follow-up to clients and coordinating with the production planning team to deliver high-quality products.

Your key tasks will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring weekly and daily customer requirements.


• Ensuring releases are on time and in the correct form.


• Maintaining inventory levels at Finished Goods within the desired level.


• Collaborating with the production planning team to meet customer demands.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.


• 1-3 years of experience in similar positions in the Automotive industry.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer portals.


• Advanced English language skills.


• Leadership, proactivity, and communicative abilities to assure the compliance of the objectives.
