About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vendor Management Support professional to join our team at Westcon Mexico, S.A. de C.V. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of assigned vendor lines, including material master maintenance, promotion pricing, invoicing, returns, and purchase order responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensures accuracy and timeliness of all Vendor Partner orders (20%).
  • Understands Returns process and guidelines and monitors returns status.
  • Monitors Returns status daily (20%).
  • Manages all promotions ensuring budget availability and correct authorizations.
  • Monitors expiration dates.
  • Timely set-up and accuracy of new part numbers (20%).
  • Provides responsive, courteous support to sales, vendor partners, and other internal departments.
  • Works collaboratively with Purchasing to monitor purchase/pricing strategies for products.
  • May manage smaller product lines and is accountable for sales growth and attainment of profit goals.
  • Monitor shared email box (20%).
  • Manage SKU Setup & Price Change Process (20%).
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting as needed.
  • Assist with Vendor Portal Updates.
  • Assist with implementing Sales Incentives & Engagements.
Requirements:
  • No prior experience necessary.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • High School Graduate required.
