About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Security Coordinator to join our team at Siemens - Itesa. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for driving operational security excellence across multiple facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support ITESA SIEMENS locations by ensuring the implementation of physical security measures and processes in accordance with local regulations.
  • Manage access control and CCTV systems, and provide training to authorized personnel.
  • Develop and implement physical access control procedures for ITESA SIEMENS Partners locations and zoning of sites.
  • Deliver security awareness training sessions to employees and stakeholders.
  • Manage guard force, access control, and CCTV contracts with third-party vendors.
  • Coordinate with local site contacts, business units, and other stakeholders to ensure effective security operations.
  • Liaise with authorities, security forces, and security-related networks as required.
  • Manage budgets for security and safety activities, and monitor the local safety and security regulatory environment.
  • Lead OEA, CTPAT, and other business customs initiatives.
  • Prepare routine and ad-hoc security and safety reports as requested.
  • Facilitate audits and assurance activities as required by Global management.
  • Perform vulnerability surveys and analysis of facilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in security areas in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication and written reporting skills in English.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Expertise in building security systems, including access controls, traveler protection, and journey management.
