Role Overview: As a pivotal member of our team, you will provide essential support to dealers and clients on technical matters, both in-person and remotely.

Training and Development: You will be responsible for educating the technicians of our dealers and customers about Thermo King products, fostering their professional growth.

Collaboration: Maintain a strong connection with Thermo King’s engineering, training, quality, and warranty teams. You will bring field issues and quality concerns to their attention while offering valuable feedback to dealers and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert technical consultations to customers and dealers.
  • Conduct training sessions for technicians within your designated area.
  • Evaluate the dealer network to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Identify new regions for potential dealer locations to enhance customer support.
  • Address technical inquiries and resolve issues raised by dealers.
  • Suggest enhancements to Thermo King products and oversee the implementation of these improvements to boost equipment reliability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
