Dermatology Sales Representative

We are seeking a talented Dermatology Sales Representative to join our team at Galderma. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our dermatological products to medical professionals and healthcare providers in the CDMX, Mexico area.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with our customers. As a member of our sales team, you will have the chance to work on challenging projects, develop your skills, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and consumers.
As a Dermatology Sales Representative, you will work closely with our district management team to establish and execute local strategies that drive business growth and meet our divisional objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Meeting annual sales targets for your assigned territory
- Maintaining a deep understanding of our product portfolio, clinical evidence, categories, and cross-selling opportunities
- Visiting designated medical professionals and healthcare centers to promote and sell our dermatological products
- Collaborating with our district management team to design, implement, and monitor plans to increase divisional efficiency
- Providing regular reports on your performance and explaining deviations to your district management team
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in sales, ideally with experience in pharmaceuticals and/or dermocosmetics. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as administration, marketing, or chemistry-biology is also required. Additionally, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Our company values diversity and promotes respect for the dignity, privacy, and personal rights of all employees. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a base salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional incentives and bonuses.
