**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Provide 1st and/or 2nd level PC support for infrastructure hardware and software to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
2. Participate in and lead small to medium-sized IT initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
3. Collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities for end-user operational efficiency and implement solutions.
4. Gather and analyze data to support IT business metrics and make informed decisions.
5. Maintain control of desktop software and hardware to ensure license compliance and asset management.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Systems or Technology (preferred).
2. Minimum 4-5 years of IT experience.
3. Advanced English language skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. ITIL, MCSA, or comparable certification.
2. Project management experience leading small to medium-sized projects.
3. Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including network, servers, storage, and phone systems.
4. Familiarity with customer service principles and ticketing systems.
