Your Role:

The Client Support Specialist (CSS) plays a vital role within the sales organization, delivering essential support for account retention, development, and acquisition. The CSS is expected to demonstrate problem-solving skills and take initiative while managing a diverse range of requests and responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and excellent communication abilities, capable of working independently and driven to achieve results. Given the collaboration with various cultures, we seek an open-minded, proactive individual who is eager to take ownership and contribute to the company's profitability.

The primary goal of the CSS is to enhance customer satisfaction by minimizing escalations and improving the Lenovo customer experience through timely and accurate solution delivery. The CSS is crucial in supporting PC Sales Specialists and Client Managers who are responsible for maintaining customer relationships. This support includes managing back-office tasks such as opportunity to contract management, generating system configurations from our product offerings, and providing proactive follow-up and comprehensive account support. Regular communication and coordination with Sales Representatives are essential components of the CSS's role.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist assigned sales representatives in the growth and overall management of their designated territory Support presales initiatives and address post-sales inquiries Take ownership and provide troubleshooting assistance for any backend operational issues raised by the sales team Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience within the assigned territory Verify credit limits through Accounts Receivable and assist in resolving overdue invoices and credit concerns Accurately process customer transactions, including quotes and sales orders Identify and implement process enhancements to boost team efficiency and effectiveness Help establish high-quality procedures and control checkpoints to proactively identify errors and gaps

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (in progress or completed) Preferred 2+ years of experience in a similar role or industry Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal (exclusive) Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Positive attitude and ability to collaborate in a dynamic environment while building strong relationships Capability to work under pressure, meet deadlines with minimal supervision, and navigate ambiguity Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented Ability to remain organized and work independently to research solutions
