Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and desktop support applications
• Troubleshoot technical issues with company systems and third-party software
• Work with 3rd party platforms, including Office 365, Azure, Citrix, Meraki, and Ring Central
• Identify and resolve technical issues with computer hardware, software, and network systems
• Redirect or escalate problems as necessary
