Job Summary
Nutreco is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective customer communication, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints.
- Process and manage customer orders, including monitoring and replenishing inventory, and entering order data into our automated system.
- Manage customer relationships and contracts, including negotiating prices and delivery terms.
- Update product data and pricing information in our systems, including processing price indexations and adjustments.
- Log and resolve customer problems and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction and feedback, and make recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service and sales support, preferably in the animal nutrition industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
