About the Role
The Regional Commercial Lead (RCL) is responsible for driving strategic, consistent, long-term, profitable growth by achieving sales objectives within designated accounts. The RCL is accountable for managing customer profit and loss statements for all key customers in their designated region(s).
Key Responsibilities
- Grow the company's revenues by achieving sales objectives with regional and strategic accounts in the southwest region.
- Develop and implement long-term sales and cost management strategies to develop greater market share and profitability.
- Lead and participate in direct sales with the team, including independently networking and ongoing relationship management, positioning Avery Dennison's product and solutions offerings.
- Maintain a leading presence in the territory through existing and prospect engagement and industry events.
- Partner with Operations & SC to maintain quality, cost, and lead time requirements of customers.
- Lead, inspire, and influence a cross-functional team, and partner closely with their leaders if not managing directly.
- Exceptional collaboration with end-to-end functions including product development and marketing.
- Create short- and long-term commercial strategies to deliver revenue and profitability targets.
- Manage key growth initiatives.
- Develop organizational development plans for the region.
- Lead the regional team to prioritize initiatives and activities to deliver the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of local market information and be able to share it with the Commercial Director and regional team to drive growth in the region.
