About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Manager to drive digital campaign management and optimization across three key brands in North America Market. This role will focus on driving internalization of key digital media management capabilities and establishing a Center of excellence for Digital Marketing in Global Marketing Services at our Hyderabad center in India.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and facilitate media operations, including reporting, platform management, finance, and audiences.
- Drive media management and account operations for various platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Snap Ads Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, and Pinterest Ads Manager.
- Contribute to campaign building before launch, ensuring adequate campaign details and consistent nomenclature norms for Datorama.
- Drive post-launch campaign optimization, including bi-weekly and weekly reporting, budget pacing, creative swaps, and optimization implementation based on inputs from PBNA Media and/or RTO.
- Assist PBNA Media team with digital strategic and innovative plan development, implementation, stewardship, and analysis of paid digital media activities across multiple platforms.
- Provide mentorship to digital media teams and manage internal training and career development plans to raise their level of digital skillsets.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in consistently running media campaigns, digital account ownership, and management.
- Education: Graduation, MBA in Marketing/Digital preferred.
- Language: English Fluent.
- Ability to synthesize multiple, disparate media data sources into compelling campaign growth strategies.
- Strong collaborator with a willingness to work with others and participate in opportunities to co-create solutions across markets or brands.
