Territory Sales Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our team at ExxonMobil. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling ExxonMobil products and services in an assigned territory portfolio and overall sales management of that portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a local sales plan to meet annual planning and budget objectives
- Remain fully abreast of market conditions, trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
- Apply selling skills and consistently execute the sales processes, including sales pipeline management, regular analysis, and follow-up
- Manage credit and pricing consistent with defined offer standards
- Meet operational expense objectives for the area of responsibility
- Support Channel Partners by providing sales pipeline coaching, account planning and management, and sell-out support to their staff
- Effectively and efficiently use internal expertise to deliver customer-valued solutions
- Incorporate supply chain strengths in tactical account activities
- Apply coaching and communication techniques to build positive relationships with channel partners and customers
About You
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and qualifications:
- Collaboration, effective communication, and a focus on business value
- Preferably a Chemical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or similar
- Recent graduate, no previous experience required
- Desirable analytical, negotiating, and opportunity management abilities
- Must know how to drive a stick-shift vehicle (manual transmission)
