We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Purchasing Project Buyer to join our team at Robert Bosch Group. As a key member of our purchasing team, you will be responsible for implementing new and/or serial optimization projects for the automotive division, focused on power-train products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchasing and project management, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in similar roles, including working for automotive companies. You will be responsible for sourcing and approving samples and parts for serial business, organizing technical meetings with Bosch multidisciplinary teams and vendors, and ensuring the achievement of milestones and reporting in different horizontal and vertical lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and approval of samples and parts for serial business

- Ensuring the achievement of milestones and reporting in different horizontal and vertical lines
- Active involvement in identifying and implementing cost reduction ideas and business growth initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in similar roles, including working for automotive companies
- English Language: high (writing, listening, and oral)
- Hard skills: understanding of purchasing processes for sourcing and release of new parts, SAP usage, working with international multi-disciplinary teams and suppliers, project management, cost structure, and negotiation
- Soft skills: team working and cooperation, effective communication, result-oriented, and auto leadership
Flexibility for travel (local and international) is a must.
