Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Medline's Entity Projects Follow-up, Execution, Monitor, Control & Deliveries.
- Support on maintaining customs policies, ensuring a current exclusive implementation to evolving global needs, local regulations and policies, corporate standards at Medline global manufacturing facilities.
- Support and track the compliance for import of components, machinery, samples, brand material, and any material in which the process requires import.
- Support and track the compliance for the export of finished products, components, machinery, sub-assemblies, and any material in which the process requires export.
- Support for Control & Compliance on Certifications, Renewals, and audits for VAT, Immex, C-Tpat, Prosec, etc.
- Design profitable methods for the correct control for Cross Border Operations, developing improvement and savings projects.
- Implement internal procedures.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Trade Compliance, International Business, or related field.
Work Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management related to Customs Trade Compliance.
- 5+ years of experience in Customs Trade Compliance, particularly in operations.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
- Intermediate English.
- Experience in supporting projects for Immex authorizations, Prosec, Health Permits, and related roles.
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- 5+ years of experience in Annex 24 & 30.
