Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Operations Manager to join our remote team. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute the company's strategic plan.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
- Prepare strategic recommendations and presentations for senior leadership and board meetings.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly update senior management on operational performance.
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Define project scope, objectives, and milestones, and develop detailed plans.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to allocate resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
- Provide direct support to the CEO, including managing the calendar, scheduling meetings, and preparing briefing materials.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination of priorities.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Foster collaboration and teamwork across departments to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive alignment, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Act as a champion for continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in strategy, operations, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the recruitment industry or a related field is a plus, but not required.
Compensation:
$20,000 - $30,000 a month
