Kohler Sales Representative

As a Sales Promoter for Kohler Co., you will play a crucial role in promoting our plumbing products in designated retail stores. Your primary objective will be to ensure sales target achievement while communicating the brand's credentials to end consumers. You will perform various activities such as product promotion, training in-store sales associates, product display supervision, and sharing findings with Channel Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Kohler Co. plumbing products on-site, in accordance with company goals and guidance, to end consumers and assist in resolving specific questions of technical performance, providing training to in-store associates through monthly store visits within assigned geographic territories.
- Assist customers with their purchase decisions and report on competitor activities, product launches, marketing communications, and competitor pricing in the sales floor, providing a report of display status, inventory status, and end-consumer pricing programs in the territory, according to established company policies and regional retail store coverage plans designed by KB Channels Manager.
Requirements
Mid-Level: High school required. Experience performing direct sales to end customers. 2-4 years of experience required. Moderate skills in written and oral communication with all levels of management and outside contacts. Mid-Office software skills, able to build Excel reports and PPT. Tablet acumen.
