Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Promoter to join our team at Kohler Co. in Guadalajara, Mexico. As a Sales Promoter, you will be responsible for promoting Kohler Co.'s plumbing products to end consumers and assisting in-store sales associates in designated retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Kohler Co.'s plumbing products to end consumers and assist in-store sales associates in designated retail stores.
  • Conduct product training and demonstrations to in-store sales associates.
  • Monitor and maintain product displays and inventory levels in designated retail stores.
  • Provide sales reports and insights to Channel Marketing and KAM Retail - Kitchen & Bath Mexico.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with in-store sales associates, 3rd party display suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in direct sales to end customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Tablet acumen.
