Key Responsibilities- Utilize TMS to its full potential to facilitate the life cycle of an order, ensuring timely pick-up and delivery.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with contracted carriers and other regional carriers.
- Review and correct inbound shipment data integrity, identifying and addressing discrepancies.
- Proactively analyze data to prevent service failures and develop cost-saving initiatives.
- Provide professional and timely communications to stakeholders, including customers and vendors.
- Train new users on TMS, ensuring knowledge of customer business practices and workflow.
- Upload and maintain current customer benchmark rates in TMS.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Transportation Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred.
- 1-2 years of related experience; knowledge of the Freight Industry and reporting/analytics skills a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft and/or Google Tools.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
