As a DRAM Design Manager at Micron Technology, you will lead a team in designing and analyzing digital and analog circuits used in memory product development. Our team is dedicated to creating groundbreaking silicon-to-systems solutions.
About the RoleThis position is responsible for leading a design team to contribute to the development of new products, design flows, and methodologies. The successful candidate will assist with overall design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits. Additionally, they will drive the team's daily work and long-term strategy to achieve design methodology teams' goals.
Responsibilities- Lead a design team to develop processes and methodologies to drive consistency across the design organization.
- Drive the team's daily work and long-term strategy to achieve design methodology teams' goals.
- Evaluate and identify best-known practices and communicate them to all DRAM teams.
- Provide regular performance feedback to team members, establish goals and development plans, and provide opportunities to expand skills and promote career growth.
- Couch, mentor, and develop current and future Micron leaders/individual contributors.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in CMOS Circuit Design and Device Physics. A bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience or a master's degree with 5+ years of experience is required. Additionally, the candidate should have +3 years of experience as a team leader or manager with a team size of >5 people.
Preferred QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have good understanding of ASIC design flow including RTL design, verification, logic synthesis, and timing analysis. Experience in ASIC timing constraints generation and timing closure using STA tools (Primetime) and the associated design flow is also preferred.
Estimated Salary: $150,000-$180,000 per yearMicron offers a competitive salary range based on qualifications and experience. This estimate is provided as a general guideline only.
