As a Design Manager, you will lead a DRAM Design team designing and analyzing digital and analog circuits used in the development of memory products. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design team to contribute to the development of new product, design flows and methodologies by assisting with the overall design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits.
- Drive the team's daily work and long-term strategy to achieve design methodology teams' goals.
- Be responsible for providing regular performance feedback to team members, establish goals and development plans and provide opportunities to expand skills and promote career growth.
Qualifications:
- BS with 7+ years' experience or MS with 5+ years' experience.
- +3 years' experience of the team leader or manager role that manages a team with >5 people.
- Proven knowledge/experience of CMOS Circuit Design and Device Physics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good understanding of ASIC design flow including RTL design, verification, logic synthesis and timing analysis.
- Experience in ASIC timing constraints generation and timing closure using STA tools (Primetime) and the associated design flow.
