Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive II to join our team at Boston Scientific. As a Sales Executive II, you will be responsible for supporting the Territory Manager in achieving the goals and objectives of the Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including hospitals, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share.
  • Deliver sales and distribution targets in the assigned territory.
  • Coordinate with the back-office team to solve customer requests and negotiate customer orders.
  • Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers directly in the cathlabs.
  • Represent Boston Scientific values and integrity in all interactions.
  • Participate in the development of less experienced staff members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or Hemodynamic Technician.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships and work independently.
  • At least 2-4 years of sales experience in medical devices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Product expertise in endovascular procedures.
  • Customer service and distributor management experience.
  • Forecasting and analytical skills.
