About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Global Partner Marketing Director to join our team at Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. in Mexico City.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing cross-functional marketing programs to drive growth and customer engagement for Amazon's subscription services across Latin America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver best-in-class campaign opportunities and assets for our customers
  • Work closely with partners to understand their customers, business operations, goals, and marketing approaches
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of partner launches and subsequent growth marketing efforts to drive business results
  • Develop efficient mechanisms to ensure operational efficiency of the team and acquisition impact
  • Create ongoing marketing programs and propositions for key partners to market our services and drive customer engagement and retention
  • Continuously optimize partnerships from launch through to ongoing sustaining efforts to maximize offer discoverability, frequency in comms, and Share of Voice (SOV)
  • Dive deep into customer journeys to deliver a great experience and great results
  • Lead integrated go-to-market plans with multiple partners in different business verticals and across relevant internal teams

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Ability to analyze and dive deep on end-to-end CX flows to improve customer experience
  • Strong bias for action, and ability to work independently toward stated goals with minimal oversight
  • Fluency in Spanish

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA
  • Relevant work experience in integrated partner marketing within the mobile/telecom industry, subscriptions, and/or entertainment, financial institutions, and sponsorships
  • Experience working in Mexico and other countries in LatAm

Salary:$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
