About the Role:

SAP is seeking an analytical and solution-oriented Consultant to join our team. As a Technical Service Coordination Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating technical service delivery and experts from our Technology Services team and attached supplier network. You will drive service-related discussions with customers and internal stakeholders, act as the orchestrator of experts, and provide training and guidance to ECS internal stakeholders on technical CAS portfolio items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate technical service delivery and experts from Technology Services team and attached supplier network
  • Drive service-related discussions with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Act as the orchestrator of experts
  • Provide training and guidance to ECS internal stakeholders on technical CAS portfolio items
  • Perform RAG meeting with our suppliers
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in existing processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process and/or tool improvements
  • Define process & service objectives, performance metrics, and improvement targets and monitor and analyse relevant KPI's using data-driven approaches

Requirements:

  • Very good analytical and solution-oriented thinking
  • Presentation, and networking skills
  • Ability to build, grow and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and customers
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Knowledge in ITIL and Project Management methodology
  • Knowledge of SAP basis technologies is a plus
