Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to strengthen market share and increase sales of the Frozen Fruit Solutions business unit.
  • Develop and implement sales initiatives to highlight the company's products, services, values, and solutions.
  • Negotiate with customers and internal partners to ensure smooth processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor performance metrics and report data to drive profitable growth within the business unit.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests promptly.
  • Support collection activities as required and track personal sales statistics.
Fundamental Requirements and Technical Knowledge
  • Advanced English language skills for managing international customer prospects and negotiations.
  • Deep understanding of the Frozen Fruit Solution Market, including customers, competitors, market trends, and key dynamics that influence success.
  • 4 years of proven experience in sales or business functions related to frozen fruits or vegetables.
  • Education in Food Industry Engineering, Biochemistry, or Agroindustry.
  • Ability to work independently and self-manage.
  • Willingness to travel.
