We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a representative of our company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients from various industries.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in both English and Portuguese is required, as you will be interacting with clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, communications).
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
