Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our human resources functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems for employee records and documents.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Order and track office supplies and forms, ensuring that all necessary materials are available for HR operations.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from employees and management regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with the creation of new employee personnel files and maintain confidentiality of employee records.
- Provide support for employee relations, including responding to employee concerns and issues.
- Maintain accurate records of employee training, certifications, and other HR-related data.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the HR department.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of related work experience in human resources or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR software applications.
