Job Title: Recruiter & Administrator HR

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter & Administrator HR to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for identifying, searching, and selecting top talent for our organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Utilize various supply channels to source candidates, including our company's own candidate database, social networks, and external job boards.
  • Manage recruitment projects from start to finish, including defining job profiles, evaluating candidates, and making job offers.
  • Develop and maintain a diverse talent pool through research, networking, and database mining.
  • Ensure the effective use of our Candidate Tracking System (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate information.
  • Provide weekly updates and summaries of recruitment progress and activity.
Main Required Competences:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Engineering and Technical profiles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
