About the Role
As a Sales Executive at Indie Campers, you will be responsible for reselling vans and motorhomes from our fleet to potential buyers in North America. You will achieve this by contacting leads and potential customers in their native language, contributing to the company's success by maintaining a modern fleet for rental and ensuring its financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement online sales strategies to meet sales targets for both B2C and B2B channels.
- Prospect new potential leads (B2B) in your region.
- Qualify and drive inbound leads through the commercial funnel to generate sales.
- Coordinate with local and regional operations teams to guarantee the preparation of vehicles for sale.
- Schedule Customer Demos (CDs) and Vehicle Handovers (VHs) in coordination with local operations staff.
- Act as the main point-of-contact for potential buyers and actual customers on all RV Sales related topics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Technical degree in sales and/or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-10 years of experience in customer support, sales, preferably in auto sales or RV sales.
- Fluency in French and English. Knowledge of German is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of RV products and sales capabilities/processes is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in handling administrative requirements related to the sale of leased vehicles/RVs (document handling, lease termination, etc.) is nice to have.
- Humble and proactive attitude with a "builder" mindset.
- Knowledge of consumer financing (nice to have).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
