Job Summary

Euronet Worldwide Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Regional ATM Network Specialist to join our team in the Quintana Roo region. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for accelerating the introduction of our Independent ATM business in the region by providing technical support, infrastructure, and vendor management in compliance with local and global standards in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to establish and maintain a robust ATM network, ensuring high availability, minimizing failures, and optimizing revenue and costs.
  • Manage communication with external providers, including security, installation, transportation, and CIT companies, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide local support to our centralized operations functions, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Define project scope, set up measuring points, dependencies, processes, testing, documentation, and manual preparation, and monitor SLAs.
  • Manage and maintain the ATM machines inventory and sites in our dedicated systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Provide technical office and operations IT/telco support, ensuring smooth operations and resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Conduct site surveys and manage related documentation to prepare site documentation, ensuring effective communication between the local management team and suppliers.
  • Coordinate Euronet resources to resolve potential incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Engineering or Information Technology.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or IT functions, preferably in banking, financial services, telecommunications, or retail.
  • Prior experience in project coordination and ATM systems and software.
  • Proven track record in planning and operational projects with different platforms and systems, meeting budgets, and satisfying functional expectations.
  • Flexibility and readiness to travel frequently.
  • Valid category B driving license.
  • Fluent English and native Spanish.
