Technical Sales Manager Mexico

At Phosphea, a subsidiary of Groupe Roullier, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Technical Sales Manager in Mexico. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the animal feed market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives in the Mexican and North American markets.
- Collect and analyze market information to stay ahead of the competition and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including integrators, feed and premix makers, and distribution partners.
- Conduct technical presentations and provide personalized support to customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Negotiate and manage commercial contracts to ensure successful implementation.
- Prospect and develop new client relationships to drive business growth.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in animal nutrition, animal production, or animal science.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of specialty animal feed ingredients in Mexico.
- Strong network of clients in the monogastric area.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Ability to travel frequently (50% of the time).
