Job Summary:

The Account Manager is a key member of the Blackhawk Industrial De Mexico team, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales revenue and growth. This role requires a unique blend of sales, marketing, and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough knowledge of Blackhawk Industrial De Mexico's products and services, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in the use of CRM software, MS Office, and other relevant tools and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in a similar position in industrial sales required.
  • Skills: Excellent commission scheme, superior benefits, medical and life insurance, and a competitive salary ($22, $25,000.00 per month).

Work Environment:

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires working in person. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth.
