About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Regional Coordinator to join our team at Grupo Pepsico. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and category development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their business needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans and strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and present business cases and proposals to senior leadership and customers to secure business opportunities.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales coordinators to ensure effective execution of sales plans and strategies.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software applications.
