At DiDi Global, we are seeking a seasoned Loan Recovery Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our financial services department, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the collection of outstanding loans and ensuring timely repayments.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing internal control policies and procedures for loan recovery. This includes developing indicators to track performance, generating reports, and conducting ongoing analysis to identify areas for improvement. You will also be tasked with controlling accounts to detect overdue payments, locating debtors, and negotiating repayment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Develop and implement effective loan recovery strategies
- • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
- • Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on loan recovery activity
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory position within a similar company
- • Proven expertise in the financial industry (banking/financial services) or fintech
- • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a team of over 60 people
- • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- • Ability to develop and present reports to senior management
