**Job Overview**

PepsiCo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Leader to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing value-added solutions for retailers, and aligning them with our concept of the perfect store.

**Estimated Salary: 220,000 - 280,000 MXN per year**

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise sales teams at the district level, overseeing teams of over 20 people.
  • Contribute to market development, sales growth, and accounts receivable recovery.
  • Provide coaching and development to the sales team.
  • Collaborate on projects and develop technological strategies to increase company sales.
  • Prepare for the role of District Sales Supervisor, including learning about sales routes for products such as Sabritas, Gamesa, Tostitos, and Sonrics.
  • Gain hands-on experience in route operations, understanding the business fundamentals, and the Direct Store Delivery (DSD) supply chain.
  • Generate statistical sales reports and communicate them to senior managers.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on multiple projects.
  • Innovate and optimize existing processes through continuous improvement efforts.
  • Manage representatives based on key performance indicators, analyze data, and make informed decisions to achieve sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with support departments, including transportation, administration, finance, and security.
  • Generate and interpret daily and weekly sales reports.
  • Conduct field research to identify areas for improvement for both sales representatives and clients.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Marketing, Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in the development of sales processes and strategies.
  • A productivity mindset with a focus on budget management.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in project planning and a keen sense of prioritization.
  • Results-oriented, resourceful, and a self-starter who can work effectively in virtual teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrix organization with strong influence skills and a service-oriented attitude.
