District Sales Leader for Key Accounts

**Job Overview**
PepsiCo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Leader to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing value-added solutions for retailers, and aligning them with our concept of the perfect store.
**Estimated Salary: 220,000 - 280,000 MXN per year**
Responsibilities:
- Supervise sales teams at the district level, overseeing teams of over 20 people.
- Contribute to market development, sales growth, and accounts receivable recovery.
- Provide coaching and development to the sales team.
- Collaborate on projects and develop technological strategies to increase company sales.
- Prepare for the role of District Sales Supervisor, including learning about sales routes for products such as Sabritas, Gamesa, Tostitos, and Sonrics.
- Gain hands-on experience in route operations, understanding the business fundamentals, and the Direct Store Delivery (DSD) supply chain.
- Generate statistical sales reports and communicate them to senior managers.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on multiple projects.
- Innovate and optimize existing processes through continuous improvement efforts.
- Manage representatives based on key performance indicators, analyze data, and make informed decisions to achieve sales objectives.
- Collaborate with support departments, including transportation, administration, finance, and security.
- Generate and interpret daily and weekly sales reports.
- Conduct field research to identify areas for improvement for both sales representatives and clients.
Requirements:
- A degree in Marketing, Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the development of sales processes and strategies.
- A productivity mindset with a focus on budget management.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in project planning and a keen sense of prioritization.
- Results-oriented, resourceful, and a self-starter who can work effectively in virtual teams.
- Ability to thrive in a matrix organization with strong influence skills and a service-oriented attitude.
