Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching inventory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Match inventory with purchase orders and invoices
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or damage
  • Fill out necessary documentation for warehouse activities
  • Store inventory in a safe and organized manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information for inventory management
  • Participate in periodic inventory activities to ensure accuracy
  • Operate lift trucks and other warehouse equipment
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of inventory to the correct locations
  • Support quality control efforts by monitoring inventory and reporting any issues

Requirements

  • Technical degree or certification
  • Spanish language proficiency (mother tongue or bilingual)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment
  • Experience operating lift trucks and other warehouse equipment
  • Desirable: experience in a similar industry or related field
