Position Overview:

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be an integral member of our global recruitment team, collaborating with hiring managers, candidates, and various teams including HR, Compensation, Benefits, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote job opportunities through recruitment channels and social media, identifying optimal candidate sources for Elanco.
  • Assist in recruitment efforts across other Elanco locations in LATAM.
  • Proactively seek out potential candidates for open positions, showcasing the exciting career paths and exceptional culture at Elanco.
  • Establish and maintain positive, long-term relationships with current and prospective job-seekers interested in our organization.
  • Conduct phone interviews with candidates and prepare summaries of discussions.
  • Oversee the scheduling of interviews for assigned recruitment processes.
  • Update and maintain information in the recruitment system.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs and operations.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications:

  • Curiosity and a strong research capability – a desire to learn and grow within recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • A genuine passion for connecting with people and engaging in conversations.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR; customer service experience is advantageous.
  • Experience in Shared Service Centers or Business Process Outsourcing is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn.
  • A positive attitude and collaborative spirit.
  • Technologically adept; familiarity with Workday and SharePoint is beneficial.
