Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Senior Operations Manager to oversee our activation team and help us expand our presence in rapidly growing markets.

The Senior Operations Manager will lead a team of market activation leads and representatives, develop strategies, and implement best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales within the technology sector, strong leadership skills, strategic thinking abilities, process and metric-driven, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Strategic Account Plans: Create and implement comprehensive account plans to achieve targets and growth objectives.
  2. Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within senior living organizations.
  3. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  4. Lead and Develop a Team: Provide strong leadership and guidance to a team of market activation leads and representatives, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
  5. Promote a Positive Work Environment: Encourage a positive work environment that promotes creativity, initiative, and continuous learning.
  6. Develop Strategic Plans: Develop strategic plans and initiatives for the department, aligning them with overall business objectives.
  7. Monitor Key Performance Indicators: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
  8. Oversee Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  9. Identify Opportunities for Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization, implementing best practices to enhance productivity and performance.
  10. Build Relationships Across the Organization: Build strong relationships across the organization, facilitating communication and cooperation to drive alignment and synergy.
  11. Conduct Regular Evaluations: Conduct regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members for continuous improvement.
  12. Provide Updates to Senior Management: Provide regular updates to senior management on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  2. Experience: 5+ years of experience in account management, people management, customer service, and leadership experience, preferably within the health care or technology industries.
  3. Proven Track Record: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in a national or multi-regional capacity.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends.
  6. Language Proficiency: Mastery of English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) is required.
  7. Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to problem-solve with minimal direction.
  8. Experience with Diverse Teams: Experience working with diverse teams, with varying backgrounds in age and education.
